Joseph leads the MTP AC team supported by General Manager, Mike Silverman providing two main services for both commercial and residential clients:  property renovations and property maintenance. MTP AC provides complete renovation packages covering kitchen and bathroom renovations, home extensions, creation of open-plan spaces and indoor-outdoor flow, loft room conversions, re-cladding, repainting, warming up homes and outdoor renovations.  Its maintenance services cover any type of maintenance work – everything that keeps properties livable, usable, and structurally sound. We aim to reduce stress and help clients add significant value to their properties whether as homeowners, or residential and commercial property investors. Our strategy is to remove the risk for our clients of hiring trades people and eliminating the prospect of unscrupulous contractors, renovation and maintenance budget blowouts and missed deadlines – “Stress free, on budget every time is the key objective for our clients”.
